Packet Pick-up & Pre-Race Schedule

Packet pickup will be on Saturday July 10th from 1-4pm and also on race day morning starting at 5am. Both Sat. and Sun. packet pick up will be in Lion's Park, near the Gazebo and transition area. If you are purchasing a USAT 1 day membership, I strongly suggest you come to packet picket pick on Saturday as you must complete a USAT registeration form and you might want to take care of this paperwork on Saturday as opposed to Sunday morning when you have other things on your mind. Otherwise packet & chip pick up will be held on race day morning(7/11/10) starting at 5:15am. Please note that chip pick up will be on race day morning. PROOF OF CURRENT USAT MEMBERSHIP AND PHOTO ID REQUIRED AT PACKET PICK UP. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF USAT MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A ONE DAY MEMBERSHIP FOR $10.00. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! All competitors purchasing the one day USAT membership must complete the waiver at packet pick-up. Only competitors my pickup their packet for insurance reasons. No exceptions. Relay team members may NOT pick up packets for their entire team. Each team member must pick up his/her own packet. There will also be a optional pre-race meeting at 2:30pm and 3:30pm on Saturday 7/10. These optional pre-race meetings will also be held in the packet pick up area. It is recommended you attend one of these two pre-race meetings if this is your first triathlon or if this is your first time competing in the Cheyenne Sprint Tri. Additional race information, important triathlon rules, and your questions will be addressed.
